Jill has a Masters in Diplomacy and International Affairs from the John C. Whitehead School of Diplomacy. She also has a Masters in Corporate and Public Communications from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. After her move to Tampa in 2005, she has been appointed as an Adjunct-Faculty instructor at the University of Tampa and is hosts a business program for PBS. Jill's overall goal is to use the power of the media as a way of helping the world's underprivileged. Jill Isaac was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. After graduating from the University of Toronto. She arrived in Asia in 1996 with her first contract in Malaysia. Within 6 months she started consulting and training employees in Kuala Lumpur to produce international standard HDTV quality programs. Soon after, she was appointed in various parts of the South East Asian region to work as a Producer for major networks such as The Television Corporation of Singapore - MediaCorp, Ntv 7 Malaysia, and ASTRO during the time HDTV was being introduced to the world of broadcasting. Prior to her move to the United States, Jill has covered a broad portfolio of major international stories and productions in Asia and Canada. Her first Consulting position as Project Manager, took her to Kuala Lumpur to manage the Commonwealth Show- Get, Set, Go! This production ended up winning the 1998 Asian Television Awards, which led her to her second appointment as Senior Producer of the controversial investigative talk show Dateline Malaysia. This show became the most highly acclaimed controversial show in Asia and was covered throughout the international press media including the Asian Wall Street Journal and the Far Eastern Economic Review. After working in Kuala Lumpur, she moved next door to Singapore for her new appointment as Creative Producer of TCS-the Television Corporation of Singapore for the re-launch and re-branding of the new MediaCorp. During her visits back home to Toronto, she was also appointed as an Associate Producer with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) for Newsworld Business News. Jill's highly viewed programs and awards in Asia led to her appointment in 2002 with Video Head Pte Ltd. (VHQ) as the International Business Producer which took her to cities such as Colombo, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hong Kong, Chennai, Bangkok etc. for international TV production work. Within one year of the company's re-launch, VHQ has produced international programs and documentaries for the Discovery Channel and National Geographic and various international networks. In 2003, during the SARS epidemic and with travel stipulations implemented to Singapore by the World Health Organization, Jill left Asia to pursue graduate studies in international affairs. Jill Isaac was the finalist of the 2006 Tampa Bay Business Women of the Year awards under the International category.
